Advanced Module Training: Academic Vocabulary
Advanced module trainings are designed to provide teachers and administrators with a focused in-depth look at the modules in order to assist in making decisions regarding any adaptations that might be made and to support implementation. The academic vocabulary sessions will model protocols and note-catchers from the modules while focusing on the research behind effective vocabulary instruction.
Participants should have already had a formal introduction to the modules and understand the structures of the modules. They will be required to bring all the lessons from Module 1, Units 1 and 2 with them.
